Animation Cycle

An animation cycle is a sequence of images where they can be looped over and over and look in place. e.g. the bouncing ball we did in class, we created 6 of the frames and turned on loop and the ball was continuously bouncing in the same place.

Key Frame

A Keyframe is an image that is an important point in the sequence of images in the animation.

Tween

"Tween" is short for "in-between" which is the frames in-between the key frames.

Motion Tween

A motion tween that allows you to easily animate the motion of an object. Instead of drawing the location of the object in every frame, you can create a motion tween, which will automatically move the object from the point 'A' to point 'B'. The 'Moving Truck' does this in Animation-ish
